First known as the 11th or Eutaw Battalion served from 1862. The majority of the men in this regiment were captured with the fall of Fort Fisher.

*Hagood's Brigade was attached to Hoke's Divsion, Anderson's Fourth Corps (from October to December, 1864) and detached to Wilmington with Hoke's Division.

^Simmmonton was detached to a post command shortly after this. He rejoined the unit in Wilmington briefly, it appears.

@Hagood's Old Brigade consisted of about a regiment. This unit was consolidated under the command of Lt. Col. Rion of the Seventh Battalion. Joined with other odd units it formed the final version of Hagood's Brigade.
