For Additional Reading: I have just been provided with the great news that James B. Clary will be publishing a new book on The Fifteenth. He is maintaining a pre-publication list of contacts. The book will be a must have item. Mr. Clary has been gracious enough to fill in some blanks for this page, please be gracious in your support of what promises to be a major addition to War Between the States literature. The title of the new work is A History of the 15th South Carolina Infantry: 1861-1865. Contact him now about the book. I wish to thank Jim, not only for the information he has shared for this page, but also his work with Mac on the Symposium... there are very few nice guys in today's world. Mac and Jim both qualify.
